Letter from the Manager
Dear Valued Resident,
The potential for The Shores at Las Colinas to be a classic, grand apartment community is strong. I use the word “grand” because there are over 900 residential apartment homes, 40 retail/restaurant spaces, three parking garages and an amazing lake front walk. This is by all means a small town perched on Lake Carolyn.
There have been challenges over the past year which tested your patience. In fact, some obstacles still present themselves daily that may create anxiety, anger and a few other emotions. This property is now on the path to recovery. The process will be slow and I ask for your patience as we turn things around.
Real estate is a living investment and needs constant attention. I am focused on hiring seasoned service technicians over the next few months. This may also take time, however, the result will be a higher level of quality service for you. The solution starts here.
I am aware of additional areas both physical and administrative that need attention. The office staff is now complete with real estate management professionals who have a combined 50 years experience. We are ready to straighten things out and a plan is underway.
It is imperative that the basics are remedied at this crucial point in time. Once they are, together, we will confidently be on our way to a better future at The Shores at Las Colinas.
Sincerely,
Kim Hayes
