Many projects are underway at The Shores at Las Colinas.
A pool contractor has been hired to ensure that all five pools will be operating for your enjoyment through the remainder of the swimming season. We realize that this has not always been the case.
The water fountains in phase 2 of the community are an attractive amenity and add to the personality of the property. However, with the majority of fountains not working, the courtyards are silent. We are aware of the calming effect these fountains create and are working to get them operating. Two have been repaired this month and are functioning.
The gates for parking garages have been repaired in phase 1. However, many new residents do not have the remote clickers to gain access. We realize you would like these closed immediately and need your help. If you do not have a remote clicker, please click here and notify us. Once we are confident that everyone has access, these gates will be closed and you will receive operating instructions.
The evening illumination at the property is being worked on by a hired electrician. Soon, we hope to take advantage of the lighting that is in place. The delicate gas fired lantern lights are on target to be repaired in the fall.
The exterior of the property in phase 2 is being painted. The completion date is near. The interior common hallways are also being painted in phase 2.
The elevators in phase 2, building 1 and phase 1, buildings 1 and 5 need to be serviced. We have contracted an elevator company to provide a proposal for repair and ask for your patience.
There are more projects that are underway and on the planning board. Landscaping, front door locks and more. Please check in each week for an update.
